McCormick 102 spreaderAnyone familiar with this manure spreader? Too big for a cub? I haven't found much info online

Re: McCormick 102 spreaderI just found out its a power driven unit(pto) so I'm guessing not for a cub

Re: McCormick 102 spreaderThomas:
Nope.... no Cub compliant. The only one that I know of that is sized properly for the Cub and is not PTO driven is the McCormick-Deering 100 which has a 45 bushel capacity thereabouts. The Massey-Harris 45-50 bushel model will work as well as my neighbour had one for years. I assume any of the ground driven <50 bushel capacity spreaders would be useable with a Cub. Re: McCormick 102 spreaderThanks Rudi. Saw it advertised on craigslist and thought I might trade him if it would work on a cub. I'll find one in my neck of the woods at some point. Seem to be pretty scarce around here

Re: McCormick 102 spreaderMy neighbor had a mcCorimck model 100 spreader and pulled it with his cub. He sold the spreader this past summer for iron. Don't know why it was working. he also sold a bunch of dearborn equipment for iron, sickle mower,disk,2 row cult,4ft one way, rotary hoe, and rake. The funny part, all the dearborn equipment did not belong to him, he sold it while are other neighbor was on vacation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Re: McCormick 102 spreaderI think they call that theft.
