Sure would appreciate a few prayers over the next day or so. Em got the phone call today. I go in tomorrow at 1pm to be admitted. A couple days in hospital on Heperin to get my blood where they want it and then I am going in for a stent implant. 1 or 2 days in CCICU and then maybe I can come home. Dr. Murphy said that I kept getting bumped by in-hospital cases so since I really need this procedure he is going to admit me so I can get this thing done. My left carotid is over 70% plugged and that is where the plaque is coming from so it has to be dealt with. He is pretty concerned with the stroke and TIA and is afraid something worse will happen if we don't do it right away.
