Has anyone found, made, resourced, or otherwise successfully put a rubber boot on the Farmall Cub shifter in an effort to keep out the continuous water infiltration?

There’s a ‘55 cj5 Willy’s shifter boot on the shifter that will work.
I'm technically misunderstood at times i guess its been this way my whole life so why should it change now.
