This is one of the rear tires on the back of my 1947 Cub. I really like this pattern. I also have a Massey Harris Pony that has the diamond tread and I don't like them nearly as much.

I dont have much trouble with the trailer tires on mine. I keep the pressure kinda low. Maybe that has something to do with it.

I think the "+" tread design is the best if you are mostly on turf and not farming. They do a nice job for traction and they take chains well for winter or mud.
When you only have 9 horsepower you need to know the names of all of the ponies!
