Sounds like solid advice there! I wasn't sure how well they worked with the hand control.

The manual lift will work fine it is just you are in Maine with how many snow storms a winter? You left arm will be in excellent shape by spring if your shoulder is not blown out by then.

If I had a long gravel driveway I regraded once or twice a year or mowing with the woods 42 that would be one thing.

Grading and mowing you are setting a height and leaving it. Snow removal you are constantly lifting the lowering the blade. A no hydraulics cub with once or twice a week snow removal responsibility I think is too much work.

I have a complete hydraulics set, including pump and levers lines (these have one line that is repaired with copper tubing) rock shaft and rear rock shaft if your interested

Don’t confuse the guy. Cubs are scarcer in Maine and it runs. Still a tad overpriced

Don't let the handlift scare you off. I've been plowing snow in Mi with mine for 50 yrs without a problem. As a matter of fact l prefer it. Easier to "feel" what you're doing, and quicker adjustment time on the move.
That being said, others have pointed out some other issues that would make me balk at that price.
Even with the included equipment l wouldn't go higher than $1500.
