Cub Commemorative Postage Stamp Request

Hi Folks,

This may be of interest to some of you.
I've sent a request to the postal commission for issuance of a Farmall Cub commemorative stamp.
As you can see by the return letter, it's a long shot. Had to submit a short essay and of course included a picture.
