Hi all ,
I'm looking for information on the oil filler pipe for my 48. I ended up tossing out the one I had with the old block I had as I couldn't get it out. I'm thinking they can be fabricated but I don't remember what they are made of, how thick or long etc.. I've looked for one online but they aren't to be found. I know that they have to be the right length to ensure proper oil level, I assume all the early model are the same length.
Thanks ,
Brian

Re: Oil filler pipe
And depending on whether you have the IH carb or Zenith carb might influence your decision on which one you buy. I have both type carbs on my cubs, and if I'm not mistaken, the long tube works better for the Zenith.

Contact Tim Talleur (tst) via private message.
If he doesn't have one, I would be surprised.
