1000 loader install

Postby hpierce » Fri Aug 30, 2019 9:50 am

I am installing a 1000 loader on a Farmall Cub Loboy. I need a new gasket to bolt the by-pass block to the hydraulic block. The old gasket is in the shape of the by-pass block and I can't locate one. Can you use the same regular manifold flange gasket on both locations? If not does anyone have a source.

I suspect the original gasket is a more than necessarily complex shape so that it, like the block, can be used on both the Cub and the 140. As I recall, I needed one when I installed mine and cut one to match the regular flange gasket. I don't recommend cutting one, the shape is too complicated to be worth the trouble.

Thanks Jim. That is what I was hoping to hear. I have extra flange gaskets on hand.

Flange gaskets will work just fine, Harlan.
