Re: farmall cub with stuck engine
I don't know of anything better.
What have you done to determine where/what is locking up the engine?
Does the tractor roll, can you push it out of gear? If tractor rolls out of gear, solvent in combustion chambers. Every day, tractor in 3rd gear, rock the tractor back and forth putting a jolt on the engine.

I have an excuse. CRS.

Acetone and ATF mixed 50/50 works great and is cheap

I had a stuck one turned out the engine was free but the fan hub was rusted tight. I'd check the fan

Re: farmall cub with stuck engine
The cause of my 65’s stuck was a head crack that rusted a head bolt in two that then let water leak into #4. It took unbolting the rod from the crank and as one member here suggested ... a block of wood and a hand sledge. It had weeks of atf, and every other kind of solvent I could think of. It still boiled down to the sledge...
