Machine Shop in NJ/PA?

Can anyone recommend a machine shop they've used in the Northern NJ/Eastern Pennsylvania area? Looking to have the machine work done on my block, and have the head resurfaced. Thanks in advance for any info!

Inquire at your local auto parts stores. They will know who does the type of work you need.

I have found shops by looking for members of the American Engine builders association https://www.aera.org/member-locator.html was happy with the places I found and used.
When you only have 9 horsepower you need to know the names of all of the ponies!

Robert Kuta in Beach Lake PA is a great machine shop and metal fabricator, but I've never used him for that particular job:

UCF in Carlisle is great (some prejudice ) owned by my son in law does great work . He has a website, he has done several engines for me .
