Rear Tire valve
One of the rear tire valves is leaking on my 62 Cub LoBoy. Is it a standard schrader valve in the stem? I would like to replace it before I hook up the plow and push the snow around on Saturday.

Re: Rear Tire valve
There is a Schrader valve in the end of the valve stem. Easy to check to see if it's leaking and to replace.
I have an excuse. CRS.

Re: Rear Tire valve
Thanks for the info. That's what I was hoping for. I have extra valves and the tool to clean up the stem. I didn't want to take the valve out and find it was something different. The tires are loaded with calcium so it is probable rotted.

Re: Rear Tire valve
You probably know, with a loaded tire you'll want the valve at top (12 o'clock) so you don't loose the calcium. John

Re: Rear Tire valve
Yup, valve on top and tire will be jacked up so I can adjust the chains while filling.

Only 1 rear tire is loaded. Should I keep it on the right?
