Re: 6V System w/4 position switch w/cutout and Delco Remy Regulator
I purchased a 6 volt cut out, polarized my generator and the cub is running. The low charge is about 2 amps while the high charge is about 7 amps but my lights don’t work at all and they are new bulbs. Does anyone have a drawing of the switch that shows how to disassemble and reassemble?

Below are two posts regarding reassembly of the four position light switch.

If you believe the switch is assembled correctly and functioning properly, you could troubleshoot the functionality of the lights by connecting a jumper wire from the battery hot post directly to one of the headlights (where the wiring connects). If the light does not work when you do this, your lights may not be grounding properly.

You hit it, grounding. Cleaned everything and lights work fine now.
