Cub-22 new ledger less hardened guards

Postby Stevetractor » Tue Aug 25, 2020 6:43 pm

Has anyone here used the double guards that Webb cutting components sell? They sell both styles but claim the new double guards cut better that the old style singles with ledger plates. What’s other folks experience been? Going to install a complete new set so I can go either way. Thanks for your ideas. :hattip:

Hi,
My experience has been that the better the serrations, the better the mower cuts.

Dull knives and ledger plates don't cut as good as new serrated parts. :)
