Roller or spray cast parts?
Has anybody had good results rolling paint on cast parts when you spray the rest? I’m concerned the gloss may be to far off doing both??

You can thin the paint a bit and brush strokes will not be picked off on cast. I never use a roller for such work.

Same here; brushed wheels with good results, never rolled.
I do know that depending on the paint you’re using, it’ll get tacky quick where new paint has been applied.
Don’t know why a small roller wouldn’t work. If you go that route, let us know how it turns out.

Well I went and painted my parts with a brush. I did thin it a little and added some hardener to it. It actually looks really nice! Thanks for the replies. I thought it would be less messy, boy was I wrong! I think I got more on me than the tractor...
