Those chains are available from tirechains.com , but at a hefty price.

I paid $271.12 in 2014 and I'm glad that I did. Worth every penny.

Got my Chains & Tensioners from TM Tractor in December 2005 - $192.49 with shipping.
Tirechains.com has pre-made sets of crosschains & hooks. May look into modifying my chains by adding a few more crosschains.

Looks like lots of us are going to get a chance, the plow went on this morning. As of this minute the forecast for this area is 2 inches tomorrow, 14-22 inches starting Wed morning, and another storm next weekend. I hate Winter. At least I'll be warm and toasty while dealing with it.

Don,

Forecast for your area tomorrow and Thursday does not look very mild.

Enjoy the seat time!

Peter,
I’m watching it. Don’t forget that the weather forecasts are brought to you by the same drama queens and scaremongers that “report” the rest of the news. We seldom get what they forecast here. Fingers crossed.

I hope they're wrong. Weather bureau now says 20-24, local guys say 18-20. Either one is too much, especially if there's freezing rain involved. :(

We had a few flurries over the weekend. The driveway has almost cleared itself. The last storm stayed south of us.

It aint gonna snow!!---I told it not too!----you guys are safe! ----too early for that stuff! ---- been lucky here so far to not have any but light amounts around us a couple times. So far we had flurries a couple times---ground still only froze a half inch to an inch deep---- still able to dig horseradish.
IF we got 2 or 3 feet of snow here---it would be all over but the shoutin!! LOL!! people would go nuts! LOL! ---- however it wouldnt bother us as we try to somewhat hibernate for the winter as much as possible----cant stand the cold anymore.

The resident idiots are saying 6 to 12 inches, or more, here. They cry "Wolf" so often, I tend to not believe them.
