Farmall Cub

While cleaning out some treasures a few days ago I came across this old cub brochure. It was an interesting, to me, read. It has many pictures of cub implements. I didn't know that with additional units a cub 435 planter could be set up to plant up to six rows. Any body have such a unit? Sorry about the poor quality but our scanner doesn't work and probably won't have one until we buy a new printer. I took a picture and posted it that way with some help, thanks Barnyard. There isn't any date on it but the pics would appear early 1950's. It is a 48 page sales brochure. Vern

If you take pictures of each page and post it you will get just as good quality as a scanner and it will be faster.

Scanners are kind of obsolete these days. At least they make them part of combo printers .

If you have an IPhone the factory Notes app has a built in scanner that converts pages to PDF, select icon for new note->camera icon->scan document. This allows you to put all the pages into one PDF also.

On some of the IH literature I have there is usually a date code on the bottom of the last page that can be deciphered

There is a copy of that brochure in the PDF manuals. It is A-620-MM (1949).

To answer. It is an A-620-MM with the number in the lower left corner of the back page. I did find it in the PDF manuals when I looked this time. I didn't really get a good picture to use. Camera was a Nikon Cool Pix. Not a very expensive camera. I do not have nor do I want a cell phone. They are OK for 99% of the people for whom the slight loss of clarity is offset by their usefulness. A lot of people can't even tell the difference. So save your typing finger. However for those of us who have hearing problems they are a nightmare. My left ear is deaf and the right one can understand 72% of what I can hear, the rest is garble, even the slightest loss of clarity increases the amount of garble. I don't even answer the phone anymore. When I do use a phone I have an old Western Electric and I do mean old. As in make and break dialing instead of tone. Face masks? Well............
