Touch control rebuild question
I’m in the middle of rebuilding my touch control. And I had a question about the circled section of this picture. Does this come out? I was thinking this is the check valve. But the pictures I have seen online look different than mine. So I wanted to make sure it does come out before I damage anything.

Re: Touch control rebuild question
Yes, it does come out. That is the check valve actuator plug. After removing that plug, you can remove the check valve actuator. There should be a washer between the plug and actuator.

Good to know! Is the plug threaded?

Would I just use a socket wrench to remove the plug?

Yes and yes. Lot of useful info in the How To forum. Go to board index, then How To Section, then in the Hydraulic section, look for posts on Touch Control Rebuild.
