C-2 Mower

I picked this C-2 mower up today. First one I’ve seen with the wheels for the front. Serial #282.

rear-mounted has wheels https://www.messicks.com/cas/145266 but then you are missing a lot of parts to make a rear mount work
When you only have 9 horsepower you need to know the names of all of the ponies!

Someone obviously put these on the belly mounted mower. Not sure why.

They look like the correct brackets and wheels for a rear mount. I think parts are missing or someone tried to convert it to a belly mount
