Radiator

Postby Tractor Rod » Tue Jun 22, 2021 11:16 am

:tractor:

I need to flush my radiator on my cub and “B”. Please advise the process and fluids to use. Can I leave it on the tractor and flush accordingly?

Thanks

This is for the cub...

I used Arm & Hammer WASHING Soda, from Lowe's home improvement, in a large pouch. I think you can also get it at many grocery stores. (NOT the same as BAKING Soda!!}

Thanks so much for the great suggestion. I actually bought some radiator flush from Napa a little bit earlier and was wondering if that would be OK to use in the system?

Search this site for "How to Flush Cooling" systems. Contains suggestions on how to flush the Cub's block and bolster. Most liekly work on the B's thermosyphon cooling system where crud builds up around the rear cylinders.
I have an excuse. CRS.
