Sad day in attachments!

Postby AHS » Thu Jul 15, 2021 6:22 am

The previous owner said he had brought the plow to the scrap yard cause “He didn’t know if it fitted the tractor”. Boy, was I madder than a hornet!! What I want to know is what other models will fit? An A?

I'm assuming since you posted in the Farmall Cub sub-forum, you're referring to a 193 plow for a Cub. No, as far as I know, that will not fit a model A/B or AV.

Why people scrap good, or even semi-good farm equipment is beyond me. Even junk usually has some good parts on it!

Chances are, someone wants it somewhere, and probably willing to pay better than scrap price!

Cub-193 plow is for Cub only because of the twist in the beam.

Ok a snow plow is converted to a grader blade…. That’s what I’m in search for. What model is that? 153? What models will it fit? Only a Cub?

So, I searched on Craigslist and I found a mower, snowplow, and garden plows for $600. 25 miles away! I’m gonna go look at them and take a couple pictures. I’m thinking it seems like a deal.
