Does the pulley have a bushing similar to the one seen in this video?

There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

It's a Browning taper pulley as I recall. It is a two piece design with a hub and the pulley. They are tapered and fit together such that the pulley squeezes down on the hub and the hub squeezes down on the shaft.

There are two or three 1/4" bolts to remove. These bolts fit into threaded holes in the hub. You move the bolts to the threaded holes, then tighten them down evenly to "jack" the pulley and hub apart. Once separated they will slide right off the shaft.

Be careful tightening down the bolts as they are easy to twist off. You might need to employ some wedges and some heat if the pulley has not been removed recently.

If it is a browning tapered hub, just follow the video.

It has one bolt in the center that goes thru a cover into the center of the shaft it looks like two keys one on each side of the shaft the pulley has four holes in it i have tried a number of bolts but none of the four have threads.

that is a clutch setup, the pulley should have move left and right before it engages when you turn it with your hand, probably just stuck on the keys
