I am studying electrolysis process. The problem is that electrolysis takes a long time and it cannot be done with painted parts

I dont know acid price in USA, but in Brazil is very cheap.

Here, one liter of acid Chlroridric(hcl) is 10 Reais, it corresponds to approximately u$ 2 . How much does it cost in usa?

To restore farmall cub in Brazil is very very pricey. Because our local money "Reais" is quoted 5x1. Not to mention the shipping price of the USA to Brazil and the 85% fee charged by the government. So my friends, this is an almost impossible mission for us who live in the south of America.

Laboratory grade HCl runs from $12-18 per liter. Muriatic acid which is about a 30% concentration is easier to find and also much cheaper. I'm not sure what concentration you use.

85% fee

Let that be a lesson to all us. Be real careful and mindful of what your government is trying to pass in legislation!!

Yikes that's a killer for anything.

I am not sure I have seen one in that bad of state. It seems to me it would have been worth the time to drive to USA and bring back one, maybe with some implements.

Here, we had 30 years of left(socialist) government. Thanks to god, we now have a serious government who will a make a tax reform. Never lose freedom and the American lyfestyle.

I loved this tractor then and I still love it now.

You might be surprised to find out what it would cost you in Customs duties, if you imported tractor parts from Brazil. :D

I will add to that as well: keep up the good work. You're doing great and we appreciate you posting pictures and videos of your restoration. I agree with you, fixing or saving a Cub is more enjoyable than just buying one already fixed up. How much it costs is another topic of conversation... :D
