When you tear it down you can hear. Maybe jack it up and listen as it turn in gear with a screw driver at various locations.

Have you inspected the contents of the bull gear pan on the left side?

Have you replaced the transmission gear oil and checked the Touch Control fluid level?

Need to narrow it down. Does it only make the noise when the clutch is out? Does it make the noise only when moving?
Maybe get the noise to happen when running on jackstands and use a broom handle like a stethoscope (holding it up to your ear and touching different areas of the tractor) and listen for something that sounds similar. This might narrow down the location where you are looking.

Other options, oil and grease every lubrication point on the tractor hoping the noise goes away. Maybe you will find a penny-whistle in the radiator shroud that the kids hid there.

Transmission noise is not uncommon. Left side of tractor too it seems. A howl maybe. I got used to the noise so don't know for sure how to describe it. Gears looked good though...
I'm not saying it's /yours is not a bearing somewhere....

I'd run it a ways and then check housing temps in suspected failing bearing areas by hand. No difference? Run it a long ways , and check again.
