I have a set of Cub rear axle extensions that the threads, where the rear wheel disc attaches, are stripped on the outside threads. I have a helicoil kit and was wondering, since the threads go all the way through the flange, do I need to use red loctite or JB Weld to hold it in place. I don't want the
helicoil to work all the way through the flange. Any suggestions are welcome.
