Inquiring minds want to know, so I went to the Cubhouse to measure one of these washers in my stash.
ID = 9.93 Mm (25/64")
OD = 22.24 Mm (7/8")
Thickness = 1.07 Mm (3/64")
Width of tang = 3.21 Mm (1/8")
I did not measure the length of the tang nor the depth of the concave/convex surface.

Re: Hydraulic Pump Drive Gear Washer
I'm not expecting a plug and play washer. I do expect some gentle modifying will need to be done to have it preform it's intended function. At a cost of $1.60 per washer, according to my early math classes that's approximately a 2500% savings. I can definitely fiddle around with it a few minutes to make it work.

Re: Hydraulic Pump Drive Gear Washer
The washers from McMASTER-CARR came in today and after 15 minutes of work I am more than satisfied with the washers ability to preform it's function on the hydraulic pump.
The part# 97471A104 , Metric Tab Lock Washer, Steel, for M8 Screw Size,8.4mm ID,22mmOD, Pack of 5.
The OD looks as if it is an exact match to the original. As expected I had three minor functions to preform/ modify so the washer would properly fit.
The washers are concave facing upwards towards the nut just like the original. The M8 washers are thicker than the original. The three steps are as follows.
1. The inner diameter was drilled out using a 3/8 inch drill bit. Washer will now fit over pump shaft.
2. Even though the tab is cut from the outer diameter in, as Dale pointed out it will still work. As built, the tab is too far out on the washer to fit in the
keyway slot. Using a dremel 1- 1/2" cutting disk, extended the cut on each side of the tab towards the center of the washer bending tab further
downward moving tab inward till it pokes down the keyway slot.
3. Tab is slightly wider than original tab. Used the same dremel cutting disk to gently grind down / narrow the tab till it is narrow enough to fit down
the keyway slot.
I like the added thickness of the washers. And coming in a packet of 5 for $6.50 if I made a mistake, it's just a $1.60 mistake. Sorry about no pic's, lacking in time at the moment. For me it was worth the time for the savings involved plus I'm confident it will work as well as the original.
