Hi,
The paper above is one I found online doing a search in the past, there is little online about serial numbers for French Cubs that I found here in the USA.
I guess you are in Spain, from what you said in an older post you made.
There might be more info about them there in Europe online, than there is here.

If you read French, here is another paper below that I found with the one above, it tells where the info is from.
You can see the IH through the paper above, it is the backside of a similar paper.
Yes, the serial number of your French Cub is a 1956. :)
