Welcome to the forum,Maybe the service department at Case International in Avon Park,Fl could give some insight to a machine shop in the general area. You could call them at 863-453-3142 and ask them.

Welcome to the forum!

I’d also suggest contacting Florida Flywheelers. They’re a great organization that hosts shows several times a year and might be able to point you in the right direction.

They’re contact info is at the bottom of this link:

I have had success finding engine shops by using the member locator on the AERA Engine Builders Association https://www.aera.org/member-locator.html
When you only have 9 horsepower you need to know the names of all of the ponies!

Try a local shop that works on riding lawn mowers or a machine shop. Lawn mower shop should have the equipment to work on the small diameter Cub cylinders.
I have an excuse. CRS.

Or possibly a shop that machines outboards. Would have to be several I'd imagine within an hour drive of you down there in Florida. The block would be very similar in size to outboards.
