Successful 6 volt LED flashers for warning lamps, positive ground!!!

I finally upgraded the flashing 1156 bulbs in my warning lamps to LED and with the addition of a new flasher pot they are working like a charm!




Products used:

1 relay
6 Volt 3-prong electronic LED turn signal flasher relay, positive ground ELF33P6 aka p/n CF63APL-R-C
-note that only 2 poles are used, X goes to fused and switched battery negative, L goes to the lamps. P is not used. Ground wire on pot must be connected to ground.
*****Terminal ends should be shrink wrapped or insulated after installation to prevent shorting to ground*****

1 toggle switch, single pole single throw (SPST)
Littelfuse 55014 (or similar) I made a plastic housing to shield the terminals.

2 LEDs/bulbs
-Ruiandsion 1156 7506 BA15S LED Bulb 6V Super Bright 5050 8SMD Chipset LED Replacement Bulb for Reverse light Turn signal light Tail light, Non-polarity***** (White)
*****non-polarity is required for positive ground electronics!!!*****

Misc 14 gauge wire & terminal connectors
