New carb flooding

:help: I bought a IH carburetor but one I got it on opened the fuel and it started to drip out the weep hole on the bottom. The tractor won’t start. I assume it’s flooded. What am I doing wrong?

Sounds like the float setting is too high or the needle valve is not shutting off the fuel supply. Did you adjust the float setting prior to installing carburetor? There are plenty of "How To" articles that you can search or look in the service manuals for the procedure.
