Magneto impulse spring

Postby hotrodcars » Mon Nov 28, 2022 2:31 pm

Good day to everyone, so while I was troubleshooting why my cub would not start, I found that the J4 Mag's impulse spring is broken. Does anyone know where I can get one???? As always thank you in advance for any input you can provide.

Try McDonald carb and ignition. Ask for Morgan, he should be able to help you.

Maybe something around the holidays that has a different schedule. I believe that you will connect with him if you continue to try. You might post on the VINE for someone that has some for sale. Personally I would prefer new parts as they are not very heavy weight construction. There's a few forum members that work on magnetos at cubfests so you might contact one of them also.
