Hi,
I sent you a PM.
It is common for Cub magneto coils to go bad, or partly quit, like you described in your 1st post on page 1 of this post.
People have said on here the engine runs bad, or stops after 20 or 30 minutes of use.
Then the engine runs again when it is cold.
But the condenser can cause a similar problem.
You could do a spark strength test when the engine quits, and see if the spark is normal or small.
The spark should be blue or white, and jump a 1/4" gap.
Below is a listing at TM Tractor for a new coil, it is under the cover on top of the magneto, you can look at the pics.

http://www.tmtractor.com/new/el/713fp.htm

The coil originally has a rectangular bar through it, for the mounting. Save it and use it in the new coil.
Below is their listing for points and condenser. :)

Update: I had to start it today and took a couple of tries and to get her going I needed the choke on 3/4 on and if I took off the choke it would run rough and back fire and had barley any power so I let her warm up still the same missing, backfiring and no power so any Ideas because I'm completely lost here.

As stated earlier, if it needs choke to run than it's likely a fuel supply issue. Have you tried cleaning the jet located on the side of the carb?

A lot of the aftermarket carbs are look-like but that is about it. It has been reported that parts do not mix between them and the originals. Putting original parts into one of them may just get you into more trouble.

Remove the existing jet from the aftermarket carb. Then clean and reinstall it into the same carb it came out of.

Some aftermarket carbs don't have this port drilled open. You might disassemble and check.

Just cleaned the main jet and it made no difference in how it runs.

Did you check whether the hole was drilled? Check the float settings.

Just checked the hole you said might not be drilled out mine is drilled all the way through. I also checked the float level and it's 3/16 of an inch away from the top of the cover. Could it just be something in the magneto because every thing fuel related is perfectly sound.

I'm pretty sure I previously said faulty coil.
