I was trying to find the old post that I THOUGHT was in the HOW TO section, but all I find is this one that makes REFERENCE to it, and not the actual guide. It covered looking for cracks, welds, freezing damage, smoking, etc.
Can anyone provide a link to it...I'll Bookmark it for the future!

It's in the Cub forum, just under the database. viewtopic.php?f=1&t=91765

Bob, she's looking for a different post. The one you point to is about what to do with one you just brought home. Dale wants the one that says what to look for when buying a Cub.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

What you are thinking about is A.T.I.S. FAQ on Farmall Cubs. Item listed number 10 What things should I look at when inspecting a cub for possible purchase?

Re: Old post about What to Look for When Buying a Cub
Thank you. I copied and pasted it to a word document. It is similar to the one I was looking for, but not the same. The one I remember was closer in format and material to the one about What to do with a cub you just brought home. I was (almost) positive it had been in the HOW TO or Farmall Cub section. Oh well...this was good enough. I appreciate it.

Re: Old post about What to Look for When Buying a Cub
Bill, I think the first link might be it. I'll save that one, too. Lots of folks ask what to look for, and between those 2, it's pretty well answered. Thanks.
