PANCAKE STYLE HEADLIGHTS

Postby 1953vacub » Mon Mar 27, 2023 11:21 am

HELLO. Iv read alot on here about switching over to the 4511 bulbs in the pancake style headlights. My question is that everyone says you have to grind the alignment tab off to work. Will the bulb still be sealed if i do this or will it make a hole where the tab was? Just want to make sure before i grind and ruin a new bulb. thanks for the help

No problem, you can grind them off without a problem. Grind slowly to keep the heat down.
