What is the difference between a 42C-4 and a 42C-6? Are the mule drives the same?
What is the difference between a 42CF-1 and 42CF-6? I know these are FH mowers.

Re: Woods mower differences (?)
I had a problem with a belt and a 42. I bought the belt that is for most of them but I ended up finding out I have a -6 which takes a different belt.
If you go through messick online you can see the differences. here is the
-4 https://www.messicks.com/WO/95176
-6 https://www.messicks.com/WO/95177
The difference I spotted that helped me get the correct belt was the -6 uses a clevis pin on the right side for the rear mount and the -4 uses a bolt.

When you only have 9 horsepower you need to know the names of all of the ponies!

No. That model is for an IH 234 tractor. A larger tractor than the Cub.
