Date code 3*15*W = March 15, 1951 or 1973
Part Number 251341R2 = Cub engine block

Once you've gathered the Engine Serial Number and the casting date numbers off the major castings, you'll have a better idea of what year you do have.
In your 1st post you stated a 1959. Either that is incorrect or the engine has been swapped out.

If that is the original block for that tractor, then the tractor is an early 1951 due to the 251341R2 block part number. A later 1951 block would have been 251341R3, R4, or R5.

A 1973 block would be 251341R8.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

I said 59 model just beause I had read somewhere that the 5-15 was the date and the -w was the year made is where I got that from

That is correct. The w indicates the year the engine block was made..
