My local tractor club is rebuilding a '44 Farmall A for a raffle fund raiser this summer. I will be designing the posters and tickets. I would like to find some vintage Farmall promotional reference and design the poster with a retro look.
To give you a idea of what I'm looking for look at Rudi's manual under the "Ads" section and look at "Rent-a-Cub".
ANY promotions posters, brochures, ads would be very helpful.
I thought I would call Red Power to see if they would be willing to help. I also need a good high quality photo of a Farmall A. Preferable at a 3/4 angle.
Thanks
Guy

Thanks EZ
I had already thought of the YT board as well and found a few nice photos that may work. The problem there is they are all low resolution images. Which are great for the web but not so good for print.
I spoke with Sally from RedPower and they are going to look and try and send me both tractor photo's as well as vintage advertising. Great people!
I worked on the poster yesterday and have a few good Ideas going. I am a graphic designer by trade so it's been fun combining my business with my hobby!
As far as tickets... I will open it up to the board if that type of thing is OK. It sure is going to be a nice tractor. We are not skimping anywhere!
I'll keep the board updated and maybe get someone to post an image of my poster when it's complete.
