Welcome to the FORUM. Now that you have 2 posts you can access the manuals information at the Quick links tab, top left corner of this page. Look in the folder for Number Series LoBoy and you'll find Owner's, Operators, Parts manuals as well as maintenance and lubrication information that is invaluable. In case you didn't know the 154 C60 engine and a lot of other parts are common to the FCub and offset Cub LoBoy tractors. Good Luck with your "new to you" tractor.

Absolute great because Stan and people are here. Your tractor is almost exactly my 1971 with a IH 3160A deck. Don't take this lightly, please.
This is an icon to some. Remember and don't blow up a good engine with bad fuel and a few more things. Overstress is over played. These are of a long heritage of fine tractors.

It appears you have the snow plow attachment linkage. The rear narrow tires accept chains well. It is well to lubricate all those joints and links
The front end of our style is not heavy enough for FEL but most linkage remains for the snow plow. All those points to be lubed, as they move when the belly deck is adjusted on the fly.

Thanks for the advice! Mine did come with the snow plow, I just currently don't have it on it. I'll have to explore this option before winter hits, as I imagine I'll be using it, I recently purchased a new home with a fairly long driveway.
What makes ours not capable of having a Front End Loader? I see a few 154s online with one attached.

Didn't see your reply until today. First, I was wrong about that deck. I have since seen it is a 3260 deck. Your pix are great and can be expanded further to see the reenforcement bolts of the inner front liner. The nose roller support is of malleable iron.
I had to pound and bend deck into shape when I first got the tractor. I had to do it again once . It is good steel. A deck of this caliber really needs what I Had to do. I had to repair all the deck mandrels. While on the side or upside down, I clean off the surface and applied an industrial type of coating- air handler pan and such, by brush. Stops the rust and don't park over grass, soil unless there is a barrier between what is going to happen. Many a fine auto of many types seen no accidents but mother rust consumes them from ground up. You know all this but I have experienced it too often.
The magic # may be 16-24" where this doesn't happen but these decks are low hanging fruit.
