Looks good Ron. I found that and 18 foot trailer is just about right to pull behind the truck and have room for a couple of Cubs as well as a few implements.

Congrats on the trailer. That ought to work well for you.

Bought an 18' trailer earlier this year from Stateline Trailers, just over the Iowa state line from Missouri. I could get additional features like break-away kit and brakes on both axles for less price than comparatively priced trailers in the KC area.

That trailer should haul a lot of good stuff around. Looks good and should suit you very well.

I have a 14 + 2, it is not quite long enough for me, I am looking into get a 20+2 here next year. I will be adding several options cause this I hope will be the only trailer I buy for the next 20yrs. I will also get a 6x14 single axle for all those short trips I make. Both will have a tail gate and the big one will have a winch since I like to get all those non runners all the time.

Enjoy
Jason

I will only suggest you consider ramps, and no gate. I have a "landscaper's" mesh metal gate, and it costs me 2-3 mpg (I have checked it). I intend to replace it with ramps.

Resized pic. Makes it look bigger. :D :D :D

By the way, I elected to go with the slide out ramps instead of permantly installed ones for same money. This way I only slide them out when I need them.
