Rest peacefully uncle David

Postby Lightning rod » Mon Jun 08, 2015 12:16 pm

I just received sad news. My uncle died rather suddenly out in Texas. He had not been fighting any illness that we knew of. He had been in Texas for the last few years trying to work out his retirement. When I lost my dad a few years ago, he was the closest thing I had to remind me of him. Now that he has past, I am sad not just for the loss of a good man, but there was so much more. He and my dad were two of the finest examples of men I've ever met and the world is short two of the hardest workers, wisest teachers, and skillful craftsmen ever.
Everything worth learning, I learned on the farm
