New member of this website from Piedmont NC. Dad bought the first tractor for the family farm in early 1950’s, a 1948 farmall cub. As farming needs grew so did the various tractors but Dad always kept the cub and used it for the garden. When Dad died Mom gave me the cub.Somewhere along the way it had been a converted to 12 volt but it still runs good today.

Welcome, neighbor!! I'm right next door in Chapel Hill! You found a good resource here...lots of knowledgeable folks, most manuals for free download (after your 2nd post), and do check out the HOW TO section.

We do love pictures, so when you get a chance, post some of your cub. (They need to be resized first)

Have fun, and others will be along to make official welcomes! :hattip:

Hi! I'm new to the forum and also grew up in the piedmont of NC. My tractors are located there on my family's farm until I get them up and running and can relocate them to VA.
