Hi

Postby Ole Timey Farmin » Sat Jun 18, 2022 9:07 am

Just wanted to say hi & say a few things about myself. I currently own a 1950 (made in July so not a demo) Super A w/ planter and cultivators, along with a pull type disk 6' from the 70's. A A-295 (might be wrong # but close) super chief w/ slat type moldboard, double plow. 6' heavy bushog that I modified to go on drawbar. Even with front weights it will pop a wheelie if you don't start off slow when it's raised up lol. And through the years I've owned a 1952 JD 50, a 1950 Ford 9N, and 4 cubs, including one that had a sicklebar mower. I'm retired now n farm to keep busy. I live an hour from everywhere lol. Nahorlenz (New Orleans), the gulf coast, Talladega, Mobile, Jackson all are about an hr away. Well hope I haven't board y'all to death.

Chris

I could not say tractor when I was 2 years old so I called it Err Err.

I loved this tractor then and I still love it now.

Welcome! You're really close to Bogalusa, where the LA Cubfest is put on each spring. A chance to meet a bunch of forum members, many of whom also own bigger tractors like the SA! :hattip:

Yea I've tried making it to that one and the Deep South one but something seemed to always happen. I'll just have too go anyways and let the other things just wait. LOL

BTW: long story short, Ole Timey Farmin is ME and that account no longer exists. I thought Daniel combined accounts and Ole Timey Farmin name would be BullDAWG now.
But... :?
I'm just glad to be back...
