I was able to snap some pics of the way mott wants you to install your flail mower via my inturpatation, if anyone sees something that I may have missed please let me know.

Stock untouched
Cross brace removed (the two chains that are attached later will provide your side to side limits)
Top two pins removed and swaped
Need to remove both of the pins in the left and right drop arms to provide float.
