Industrial super a

Postby Arty » Sun Jul 14, 2019 5:18 pm

I Added an international super a industrial and highway a-23 mower to the collection today. Tag is hard to read but has a i stamped on it, diamond axle and foot throttle setup. Both have been sitting a long time - I believe tractor is too far gone - engine seized, sheet metal beyond repair, no radiator cap for who knows how long, but the highway mower is still installed and appears to be all there. I’ll attempt to get the mower going. I’ll probably take the industrial front end and mower to use on a 140. If I can figure out pictures - pictures to follow.

Any idea on value of the highway mowers? I don’t want to exceed value in repairs.

Arty.

What year is the tractor? What will you do with the rest?

Sorry I didn't get a "Welcome" to you when you signed up last year!

Here are a few reference threads, including how to post pics:

Be careful moving and handling the mower, the cutting bar can shift when in the upright position and take a finger off before you know it!

Take some pictures of your tractor and post them. We’d like to see it.

Don't know that an Industrial mower was any different than a regular Cub-22, so I'm going to guess that if yours works, it should be valued at $250 to $350.

What part of Missouri are you in?
