Anyone see this before or know how it was done

update - the owner said is was done by Lawler manufacturing. It was originally made for scrubbing floors. Tanks and floor cleaner brushed
removed.
When you only have 9 horsepower you need to know the names of all of the ponies!

The owner must have misspoken. It has to have been a road sweeper.

I can not see a company modifying a gas tractor into sweeper for inside spaces.

I just was really intrigued by the front PTO. It also has power steering.
When you only have 9 horsepower you need to know the names of all of the ponies!
