Woods L59 question

Postby ShawnAgne » Sun Sep 26, 2021 5:05 pm

Along with restoring the 100 I'm restoring the L59 mower deck and have a guy who can make the original decals for me however a couple of mine are not readable so hoping some can help out.

1. In red on the left side (as sitting on seat) it says Special L59 Mower Frame PT# and the number is missing. Does anyone know what the PT# is?

2. Again on the left side it says REPLACEMENT BLADES but then rest of the test is smudged does anyone know what this says.

3. There is a decal in the middle towards the front than is chewed up top line says LOW STANDARD and rest is missing, second line says (somthing) SUCTION with rest missing. Third line has #26559 OR #6950 OR and rest of it is missing.

If anyone can help on this it would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks,
Shawn Agne

If it’s left side discharge, it should be left hand threads. That’s the rule of thumb that I generally go by. As the mower operates, the tendency should be for the bolts to tighten, not loosen.
