Welcome to the forum. TM Tractor (forum sponsor at the bottom of the page) carries new ones. There is also a "how to" by Barnyard in that subforum that shows how to rebuild your old ones. viewtopic.php?f=54&t=45276

Re: Touch control stop
I am not sure the thumb screws TM sells are the same as the ones for the 140. The stops on mine are larger on the 140. Steiner and TM both have the same part numbers for the whole stop. and both say they can be used on cubs and 140s.
I have to take a closer look at mine side by side.

When you only have 9 horsepower you need to know the names of all of the ponies!

Re: Touch control stop
My tabs always break before the screw strips lol. Im also in Eastern NC. Vanceboro to be specific. I wouldve said try the CaseIH dealer in Kinston but a school buddy that farm most everything around me said they quit sellings parts or something like that. Theres an auto parts/mechanic shop somewhere close that he gets alot of parts thru. First name basis type stuff. I dont recall where exactly he told me it was but i can find out just let me know. You might try Hunnings out towards Pamlico on hwy. 55
