Instructions for installing single belt on L59
Are there instructions on how to install the belt on an L59. It was staying on buy in the heavy grass we got after 2 days of rain its jumping off. I'll plead stupid as can't figure it out, and stretching it tighter I'm not sure is my answer. Something isn't correct.

Oh,just realized you said "L59", so maybe this is the correct manual (routing is probably the same):

It does but the twisting and where to twist was the problem

I just did this on a loboy with the l59. There can be nothing else on your mind as you do this.

If it was mowing fine before, it might be time for a new belt, as these belts stretch over time. Try tighting the belt, might buy you a little time.

One other thing...often, once the belt has popped off, it breaks some of the internal cords, which aren't really visible. So if you still lose the belt once you've routed and adjusted it correctly, chances are, as Ky Cub said, it is time for a new belt. Good luck!

Re: Instructions for installing single belt on L59
Ends up the belt was damaged, tried mowing came off and it showed where it had split. So I decided just to get 3 separate belts and try that 2x54"s and a 122". See how that works before getting one of the long ones again.
