2 patches on the tube, 3 patches on inside of tire. Hopefully things will hold for a couple weeks when new tires arrive. Seat time tomorrow after a couple weeks down.

The patches inside the tire bulged a bit, but held for 2 hours of snow pushing. Running tire at 15psi.
Feels good to be back operational while waiting for new rears to show up in a week or 2.
Had I not put the patches inside the tire the tube would be bulging out there bad. Thanks for the tip.

I'd say that tire's on borrowed time. Too bad, because it looks like it has plenty of tread left. Probably only 60 years old...

They probably smell good, too, I love the aroma of new tires!

I have had this 130 for 16 years and have always kept it inside. PO probably had it 20 and kept outside. The tire was in rough shape, I’m fortunate it lasted so long. The other tire must have been swapped out at some point as it is in much better shape. I think the PPO took good care of this tractor while they had it.

You are correct! Mmmmmmm mmmm good.
I am expecting a good wrestling match getting this new one on as it seems quite stiff. Cheer me on, I’m coming out of my corner this morning.

Took me 40 min to wrestle the tire and tube on.
Silicone based lube, vicegrip and 3 tire irons. Like most jobs, it seems overwhelming up until the hammer starts swinging.
