pulling/ towing FH VS drawbar

I have two 140s one with FH and one with drawbar. If I need to pull something: a tree log, another tractor, or anything I usually use the one with a drawbar. I do have the 1 Point Fast Hitch Trailer Pull Bar adapter on the FH. Always concerned about bending or breaking something on the FH

Does the FH have the same tow strength as a drawbar?
When you only have 9 horsepower you need to know the names of all of the ponies!

Yes.
Only tricky thing I've found about the FH is when you need to use a pull type PTO implement.
