Mc Cormick International DED3 Glow plugs

Hello everyone, I wanted to ask if anyone can tell me if the DED3 glow plugs go to 0.9 volts or 12 volts. Thank you.

I just pulled and replaced some Bosch Plugs on a BD-154 engine. They were all 0.9V , they went through a resistor wire that heats up when activating the glow plugs that probably drops the voltage down from 12V.
